Our mission is to safeguard the public trust in the technology and organizations that serve us. Our identities and trust in those that protect them are some of our most valuable assets.
We provide advanced cybersecurity services, training, and emergency response to qualifying organizations to help protect New Hampshire and its citizens from persistent and evolving cybersecurity threats.

Qualifying Organizations
If eligibility is met, organizations receive free and discounted cybersecurity services, training, incident response, and ongoing support from the NHOCC by enrolling in our program. Enrollment is completely free for qualifying organization, including:
Local, State, and Federal Law Enforcement
Municipal Governments & Supporting Departments
School Administration Units
University of New Hampshire System Affiliations
NH Based Associations (not-for-profits)
Community Mental Health Organizations
Charities and Outreach Serving NH Residents

This office is dedicated to building and providing advanced and innovative tools and hands-on cybersecurity training at no cost to law enforcement and public entities, pro-bono expert witness services, as well as expanding ATOM’s traditional businesses in the areas of incident response and software development for regulated industries.
